Message from Vanessa Bailey, Executive Director
No . . . a very small word with definite negative meaning according to Webster Dictionary. NO matter how it is used there is no double definition or any other interpretation. As a child that word is heard from adults many times, as a warning or final answer. It’s a hard word to accept as a child and it is not any easier to accept as an adult, especially if it shatters hope.
Unfortunately, because of reduced finances and grants, our volunteers have had the unpleasant task of delivering the only answer currently available which is “no”. This is due to the economy which has touched every household in some form or fashion. The positive side is that it brings people closer together pooling resources and as a Christian keeps our eyes and faith toward our maker.
Pray Without Ceasing. 1 Thess. 5:17
